Victim Advocacy402.472.3553 – Confidential – Supportive

Students show support for one another

You will be listened to, heard, believed and respected.

Victim Advocacy is a confidential, supportive resource for victims/survivors of interpersonal violence and other crimes.

We provide advocacy and support for students, faculty and staff who have experienced sexual assault, domestic/dating violence, stalking, harassment and other crimes. Victim advocates are here to help you navigate campus and community resources.

With a victim advocate, you will be able to tell your story confidentially. You will be supported in your decision to report or not to report to police, Institutional Equity and Compliance (Title IX) or neither—the choice is yours.

Call 402.472.3553 to speak to a Victim Advocate.

In an emergency, call 911 or University Police at 402.472.2222.

Connect a current student, faculty or staff member to a Victim Advocate.

A Victim Advocate is available during university business hours, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m and 5 p.m.

We follow university closures for holidays and inclement weather.
